BOARD CHANGE

Avarae Global Coins Plc (AIM:AVR), the UK's only publicly traded specialist company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, is today pleased to announce that Clement Hadrian Chambers has been appointed to the board of Avarae as a Non-executive Director with immediate effect.

Clement, 47, is the Managing Director and co-founder of ADVFN plc, the AIM listed online financial information group, which has successfully grown into one of the leading online financial portals in the UK. Clem has been a director of publicly listed and private companies for more than 15 years and is able to bring a wealth of experience into the Non-executive role with Avarae. Clem's other current directorships are ALL IPO plc, On-line plc, Equity Holdings Limited, Cupid Bay Limited, Advessel Limited, Equity Development Limited and Throgmorton Street Capital Ltd. Clem is also an officer of InvestorsHub.com Inc. Clem does not have a shareholding in Avarae.

In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the Company announces the following information:

Clement Chambers holds or has held the following directorships, and is or was a member of the following partnerships during the past 5 years:

Clement was a director of CRL Group plc ("CRL") from 1982, until the point that CRL went into administration in 1987. CRL subsequently won a legal settlement against a large US company that reneged on a contract responsible for the CRL's financial difficulties. Clement was also a director of Advertwizard Limited in 2003 when the Company went into liquidation. The company was liquidated as part of a rationalisation of On-line plc's subsidiaries.

There is no further information required to be disclosed under Schedule 2, Paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, pursuant to Clement's appointment.
