Board Change

The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG), a global provider of business process outsourcing and software solutions to the insurance, fleet, automotive and property industries, today announces that Chris Banks, Non-Executive Director, has retired from the Board following the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

In succession, the Board appointed James Morley as Senior Independent Director and as a member of the Nomination Committee.

The Board is actively engaged in a recruitment process to find a replacement Non-Executive Director, and the Company expects to make an announcement shortly.
