Board change
Intimas Group plc ("Intimas" or "the Company") is a designer and supplier of ladies' intimate apparel, with a portfolio of brands comprising Lepel, Charnos Lingerie, Ted Baker Intimates, DM and Urban Nights, a substantial private label division and retail outlets
The Intimas Board is pleased to announce that Keith Smith, ACMA, joined the Company on 12 January 2009 as Group Finance Director designate, and will assume full responsibility for the Finance function, and join the Board as Group Finance Director, on 1 February.
Keith joins Intimas from Futaba UK, which supplies the global Toyota organisation, where he held the role of Finance and Strategy Director. Keith has also held senior financial roles at Garryson, part of the B Elliot Group and with JCB, amongst others. Keith brings a wealth of varied experience to the team.
Tim Laughton, Group Finance Director, indicated last Summer that he wished to pursue other career opportunities outside the sector. He will remain with the Company until the end of March to ensure a smooth handover to Keith.

Keith John Smith, aged 49, has in the last five years been a director of Derviento Consulting Ltd. There are no other matters relating to this appointment which require disclosure under Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules.
