The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Company wish to announce that Jill Ainscough, a Non-Executive Director of the Company has decided to resign from the Board of the Company with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Jill for her invaluable contribution during her service.

The Senior Independent Director of Lakehouse, Robert Legget has agreed to be Interim Chair of the Remuneration Committee. A further announcement will be made in due course.
