Board Change

Thursday 24th March 2016: Numis announces that Gerald Corbett, Non-executive Chairman of the Board of Numis, has informed the Board that he will not be seeking re-election as Chairman at the Company's Annual General Meeting in February 2017. Gerald has served on the Board since May 2009.

The Company will be undertaking a search for his replacement and will make an announcement in this regard in due course.
