eServGlobal (AIM:ESG & ASX:ESV), the provider of end-to-end mobile financial services to emerging markets, announces that Duncan Lewis, non-executive Director of the Company, is stepping down from the Board with effect from 30 June 2015.

On 4 June 2015, the Company announced a cost optimisation program within its legal entities, workforce and offices. As a part of the program, the composition of the Board has been reviewed against the requirements of the core business and Duncan Lewis agreed to resign as a Director.

The Board is grateful for Duncan's contributions and wishes him well.
