Board Change

InfraStrata plc (AIM:INFA), the independent petroleum exploration and gas storage company, announces today that Walter Roberts' directorship with the Company has moved from being Executive to Non-executive. He continues as Company Secretary and will also be available to provide legal support to InfraStrata as required on a consultancy basis.

All other details disclosed under paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules remain unchanged.
