Board change

 

Resignation

 

The Company announces that Stuart Black has resigned as Chief Executive Officer. In line with his contractual obligations, he has provided six months' notice, commencing today. The Board looks forward to working with Stuart to effect an orderly handover of his responsibilities.

 

Recruitment

 

Accordingly, the Board has commenced the process to recruit a successor as Chief Executive Officer.

 

Operations

 

In the meantime, the Chairman will work closely with both Executive directors, Jeremy Simpson and Michael McMahon, together with the Group's Executive Management Team, seeking to ensure the business remains on track.

 

Each of the Group's Divisions, being Regeneration, Compliance, Energy Services and Construction, has its own experienced managing director and senior management team, who will continue to lead our staff to ensure the continued day-to-day delivery of services to customers.

 

Interim Results

 

As previously announced, the Company will issue its Interim Results on Tuesday, 17 May 2016.
