Board Change
Sosandar plc (AIM: SOS), the women's fashion brand, creating quality, trend-led products for women of all ages advises of a change to its Board. Lesley Watt, Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee, has notified the Board of her intention to step down from the Board, effective from 28th January, in order to focus on her other commitments. Adam Reynolds, a current Non-Executive Director, will take over as the Interim Chair of the Audit Committee.
Nick Mustoe, Chairman of Sosandar plc, commented: "On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Lesley for her valuable contribution since she joined the Board. During her tenure, she has provided sound guidance and oversight of the audit process and I wish her the very best in all that she does in the future."
