Board Change

JUST EAT plc ("JUST EAT" or the "Company") announces that, in line with the intention notified at the time of the Company's IPO, Laurel Bowden, one of the Company's non-independent non-executive Directors yesterday stepped down from the Board.

This change represents a further step towards full compliance by the Company with the recommendations of the UK Corporate Governance Code in relation to the membership of its Board.
