Treatt plc, the manufacturer and supplier of flavour and fragrance ingredients, announces that Peter Thorburn will retire from the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on the 25th February 2013.

Having served as a Non-Executive Director for almost 11 years, Peter has made a significant contribution to the success of the Treatt Group both in the UK and with the expansion of Treatt USA.

Tim Jones, Chairman, commented "I would like to express the thanks of the Company to Peter for his contribution to the Treatt Group and to wish him and his family well for the future".
