Board change
Sepura PLC (LSE: SEPU, "the Group"), a leading global provider of critical communications solutions, has been notified by its Chairman, Russell King, that he intends to step down from the Group once a replacement has been appointed, which is anticipated to be in the Autumn.
A search for his replacement will begin immediately.
Nigel Smith, an independent non-executive director, commented:
"On behalf of the Board and everyone at Sepura, I would like to record our appreciation to Russell for his valued leadership.
"He has made a substantial contribution to the business over the last two years, both as Chairman and, prior to that, as a non-executive director.
"We all wish him well for the future."
