Board Change
The Innovation Group plc (LSE: TIG), a global provider of business process outsourcing and technology solutions to the insurance, fleet and automotive industries today announces that Professor Dr. Kurt J. Lauk, Non-Executive Director has retired from the Board with immediate effect to concentrate on his other commitments.
David Thorpe, Non-Executive Chairman of Innovation Group commented:
"On behalf of the Board I would like to thank Kurt for his service and commitment to the Group and its development. Since joining the Board in March 2007, Kurt has made a significant contribution to the Board's strategic direction, particularly in his work on our Board's Nomination Committee. We all wish him every success in his future endeavours."
The Board has engaged a professional search company to find a replacement Non-Executive Director.
