Board Change
Brady, the leading global provider of trading, risk management and settlement solutions to the energy, metals, recycling and commodities sectors is pleased to announce the following change to the Board of Directors of the Company.
Effective 2 April 2013, Brian Collins has been promoted to CEO of the Brady Physicals business unit, reporting to Gavin Lavelle, CEO of Brady plc and, in accordance with Company policy, Brian has resigned from the Board as Executive Director of Product Management. Brian, aged 47, joined the Board following Brady's acquisition of Colplan Systems Limited in 2004, of which Brian was co-founder and Managing Director. Brian has over twenty years of senior management experience both in the software industry and commodities markets.
