Dominic Lavelle, CFO, to step down from the Board effective today

 

29 March 2018, Maidenhead, U.K. - SDL announces that Dominic Lavelle, CFO, is to step down from the Board effective today.

 

In June 2017, SDL announced that Dominic Lavelle was taking temporary leave of absence from the Company in order to undergo treatment for a medical condition. Subsequently, Dominic was unable to resume his full time executive role. Accordingly, the Board has agreed that he should step down from his position as CFO and director of the Board with immediate effect.

Dominic has agreed to make himself available as an advisor to the Company.

The Board will make a further announcement regarding Dominic's permanent replacement in due course.

David Clayton, Chairman, commented: "On behalf of the Directors, I would like to express our sincere thanks to Dominic for his contribution as CFO since joining the Board in 2013. Everyone at SDL wishes him well for the future."
