Board Change

Robert Walters, the leading international recruitment consultancy, announces that due to an increasing number of government commitments, Lady Barbara Judge has tendered her resignation from the Board with effect from 30 April 2011. Lady Judge will be replaced as Chairman of the Board's Remuneration Committee by Andrew Kemp (who joined the Board on 7 November 2007) and Martin Griffiths (who joined the Board on 1 July 2006) will become the Senior Independent Director.

Philip Aiken, Chairman of Robert Walters, commented:
