BOARD CHANGE

ANNOUNCEMENT 20 MAY 2014

Vmoto Limited (ASX/AIM: VMT) announces that Mr Simon Farrell has resigned his position, effective immediately, as non-executive Chairman of the Company's board.

Commenting on the change, Managing Director, Mr Charles Chen said: "On behalf of the board I would like to thank Simon for his contribution and input. Simon leaves the business in a healthy state at a time when it is delivering on its strategy and growing strongly."

Vmoto will shorty commence a process to identify new non-executive directors with the appropriate qualifications and experience to further strengthen the board and support the company through its next phase of growth.

Following Mr Farrell's resignation, the Company advises that Resolution 8 in the Notice of Meeting for the Company's Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held at 10.00am WST today, 20 May 2014 will be withdrawn and not put to shareholders.
