BOARD CHANGE
ILX Group plc ("ILX" or "the Company"), the AIM quoted provider of e-learning software and business training to both the private and public sectors, announces the resignation of Mr Peter Evans as a director of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Evans has stepped down from the Board to devote more time to other projects in which he is involved.
