Appointment of Non Executive Director / Senior Independent Director

We are delighted to announce the appointment of Jeff Harris to the Board as a Non Executive Director with effect from 1 September 2013. Jeff will also take on the role as Senior Independent Director. Jeff is a Chartered Accountant and will be a member of the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees. 

Jeff is the Non Executive Chairman of Essentra plc and has previously held senior roles at Cookson plc, W H Smith plc and Bunzl plc.

There are no other items which need to be notified pursuant to 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules as regards this appointment.
