Board Change
Regus plc ("Regus" or "the Company"), the world's largest provider of workplace solutions, today announces that Ulrich Ogiermann has resigned from the Board effective from 31st December 2010.
Ulrich joined the Board in August 2008 and currently chairs the Remuneration Committee. Elmar Heggen will take over as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from today.
