Immedia Broadcasting plc24 May 2006 24 May 2006 Immedia Broadcasting Plc Board Change Immedia Broadcasting Plc, the UK's leading provider of live tailored radiostations for retailers, today announces the appointment of Mr Charles VereBarker-Benfield FCA to the Board as Finance Director and Company Secretary withimmediate effect. Charles has worked with the Company since January 2005, andwas involved in the recent acquisition of The Cube Group of Companies Limited. Charles (52) has been Principal at chartered accountants Morchard Bishop & Cosince 2003, having previously worked for Serco Government Services as FinancialController since 2001. He has occupied roles as Financial Controller andCompany Secretary for a number of entrepreneurial companies since 1991, bringinga depth of commercial experience to the Immedia Board. Charles will replace Robert Parker, who has been Finance Director and CompanySecretary since joining Immedia in February 2002. Robert played an importantrole in Immedia's admission to AIM, and in the recent acquisition of The CubeGroup of Companies Limited. After 4 years, he has decided to pursue his ownpersonal projects, and leaves Immedia in a strong position.
