Board Change and Trading Update
Altitude Group plc (AIM: ALT), the leading end-to-end solutions provider for branded merchandise, announces that Graham Feltham, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect in order to pursue other opportunities.
As part of an orderly leadership transition, Graham has agreed to continue to work for the Company throughout his notice period and until the release of the Company's audited accounts for the year ended 31 March 2025 ("FY25"). Throughout this period he will work with the now established internal transition team led by Senior Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair Peter Hallett to ensure a smooth transition. Mr. Hallett is an experienced public company director and former Group Chief Financial Officer of the former Redstone plc (now Castleton Technology plc) and Redcentric plc.
The Company is well progressed with a search for a new Chief Financial Officer and will provide updates in due course.
The rest of the Board would like to thank Graham for his significant efforts over the past four years and wish him well for the future.
Trading Update
The Group's trading performance thus far in FY26 continues to be in line with market expectations. ACS has seen a 43% increase in orders over the last 3 months compared to the same period last year. The Group's collegiate Gear Shop solution is transitioning newly awarded contracts over the summer period which will result in 45 live locations by August and has additional opportunities in the pipeline. Currently Services remain steady with positive reports from preferred partners. The Board remains confident about the future.
