BOARD CHANGE

Beale PLC announces the resignation of Mr Ken Owst, from the position of Finance Director. Ken Owst will leave the business on 26 June 2012. A successor will be appointed in due course.

Ken Owst joined the Company in April 1994 and was appointed a director in August 1994. The Board would like to thank Ken for his considerable contribution to the business and we wish him well for the future.
