Mr Mellor has been a member of the Brammer board since 1997, becoming seniorindependent non-executive director in 2003 and holding the position of chairmanof the remuneration committee. Mr Chris Conway will become senior independent non-executive director and MrSvante Adde will become chairman of the remuneration committee. Mr Adde wasappointed to the board as independent non-executive director in September thisyear; Mr Conway in 1997. David Dunn, non-executive chairman of Brammer plc, said: "Kevin has served on the Brammer board for almost 9 years during which time hehas made an immense contribution both as chairman of the remuneration committeeand senior independent non-executive director.
