Board Change
Following a recent review, it has been decided that a smaller Board would be more efficient and cost effective. As a result, Andrew Troup has today resigned as a Director. The Board and staff would like to thank him for his contribution to the successful development of RPS.
The Board now comprises four Executive Directors, four Non-Executive Directors and a Non-Executive Chairman which complies with the Combined Code.
