BOARD CHANGE
Avarae Global Coins Plc (AIM:AVR), the UK's only publicly traded specialist investment company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, today announces that Tanya Maria O'Carroll has been appointed to the board of Avarae with immediate effect. Tanya, 40, is an experienced company director currently working for Hillberry Trust Company Limited in the Isle of Man and having previously spent nine years working for IFG International Limited and before that Abacus Trust Company Limited.
In accordance with Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules, the Company announces the following information:
Tanya O'Carroll is currently a director of Blackstar (Isle of Man) Limited.
