Board change

Koovs plc ("Koovs" or "the Company") announces that Roy Naismith has today stepped down from his position as Group Chief Financial Officer and from the Board of Koovs. His responsibilities will be assumed by Rob Pursell, who has been appointed to the Board of Koovs plc with immediate effect. To ensure a smooth transition, Roy will remain with the business until 31 August.

Robert John Pursell, aged 44, joins from his CFO role at Eviivo Limited, a software development business. He is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW in 2000) and graduate of Sheffield University, and is currently a Director of Hotel Solutions Direct Limited. There are no other disclosures under AIM Rule 17 Schedule 2(g).
