Andrew Griffith to step down from the Board of Just Eat
Gwyn Burr appointed Senior Independent Non-Executive Director
Just Eat plc (LSE: JE.), a leading global marketplace for takeaway food delivery, announces that Andrew Griffith has notified the board of his intention to step down as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect following his appointment as chief business adviser to the Prime Minister.
Just Eat Chairman Mike Evans said: "I want to thank Andrew for his service to Just Eat over the past five years. During a period of significant growth and change, he has always provided wise counsel to the Board and management, particularly his contribution as Interim Chairman. I wish him well in his new role."
The Board has agreed that Gwyn Burr, an independent non-executive director of the company, will assume the role of Senior Independent Director with immediate effect.
