Board Change
Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC (LSE: NOG) ("Nostrum" or the "Company"), an independent oil and gas company engaging in the production, development and exploration of oil and gas in the pre-Caspian Basin, today announces that Fiona Paulus, an independent non-executive director, Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination & Governance Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Board, will step down from the Board with effect from the end of her three-year term of appointment on 13 February 2026.
Nikolay Ivin, the Company's Chair, said:
"Fiona has served on the Board from 2023, contributing to Nostrum's significant development since then. On behalf of the whole Board I would like to thank Fiona for her service to Nostrum during her term as a director."
The Company intends to reconstitute the composition of Board committees so as to comply with the relevant provisions of the warrant instrument. Further announcements in that regard will be made when appropriate.
