Pebble, the global software company providing specialist automation solutions for the broadcast and streaming markets, confirms further to the announcement made on 3 March 2026 that the normal regulatory due diligence process in relation to Oliver Scott's appointment to the board of Pebble has now been completed. Therefore, the Board is pleased to confirm that effective from 31 March 2026 Oliver Scott's appointment as a Non-Executive Director has been confirmed.
