BOARD CHANGE

Third Point Offshore Investors Limited (the "Company") announces that Marc-Antoine Autheman has stepped down as Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect due to a perceived conflict with his other business interests.

Claire Whittet, Non-Executive Director of the Company since April 2017, has agreed to assume the role of acting Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. The Board intends to appoint an independent search company to identify suitable candidates for the position of Chairman.
