PLUS Markets Group plc(the "Company")Board appointments10 January 2007
Following receipt of regulatory approvals, PLUS Markets Group plc has appointed Brian Taylor, Cyril Theret, Ian Salter and Giles Vardey to the Board, with immediate effect.
Brian Taylor is appointed as Chief Financial Officer, to oversee the Company's finance and I.T. functions at executive level. Cyril Theret is appointed Business Development Director.
Ian Salter and Giles Vardey are appointed as Non-Executive Directors. Amongst many other achievements, both are former directors of London Stock Exchange plc having served as deputy chairman and an executive director respectively
The information required under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules regarding the new directors was included in the announcement made on 13 December 2006.
