Formation Group PLC19 January 2005 19th January 2005 Formation Group plc Board Appointments Formation Group plc announces the appointments of Michael Kennedy and Jim Foxcroft as Executive Directors Formation Group plc (London: FRM), a leading UK and European integrated sportsmanagement and marketing business, is pleased to announce the appointment ofMichael Kennedy and Jim Foxcroft to its Board of Directors with immediateeffect. In their new roles, Michael Kennedy will be concentrating on the Legal Servicesand Player Representation divisions of Formation Group while Jim Foxcroft,currently managing director of Fox Advertising, part of Formation Group, willtake charge of the Sports Marketing division. Michael Kennedy, 61, a senior partner at the law firm Herbert Reeves, hasrepresented football players for more than 20 years. As a solicitor, he alsospecialises in property law. Jim Foxcroft, 55, founded Fox Advertising more than 25 years ago. It specialisesin sponsorship, sports marketing and perimeter advertising at major UK sportsevents, particularly football with clients including Coca-Cola, Nationwide andLDV. Fox Advertising was acquired by Formation Group in 2002 and Mr Foxcroft hascontinued as managing director of the business.
