Board Appointments

PCFG, the AIM quoted finance house, announces the appointments of Mark Brown and Andrew Brook as new Non-Executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.

Mark Brown, Executive Chairman of Westhouse Securities Limited and previously Chief Executive of Collins Stewart Hawkpoint Limited, brings a wealth of experience and leadership in both small and large financial services institutions. Having worked as the Global Head of Research for ABN AMRO and HSBC, and as Chief Executive of ABN AMRO's UK equities business, Mark Brown went on to lead the successful turnaround of Arbuthnot Securities and subsequently of Collins Stewart Hawkpoint.

Andrew Brook has over 25 years of experience in both audit and advisory work, incorporating UK and offshore financial services regulatory expertise, primarily in banking and funds management. Andrew works as an independent consultant in these fields and is also a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bermuda Commercial Bank (a major shareholder in PCFG).

There is no further information to be disclosed under Schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of Andrew Brook's appointment as Non-Executive Director.
