Alan Bodie Henderson Alan Bodie Henderson, aged 73, is chairman of Forum Energy Plc and Aberdeen NewDawn Investment Trust Plc and was chairman of Aberdeen New Thai Investment TrustPlc until 2005. He also acts as a director of Global Energy Development Plc, aLatin American oil and gas exploration and development company. He was adirector of Ranger Oil Limited from 1972 - 1992, of ADT from 1992 - 1997 and ofRanger Oil (UK) Limited from 1990 - 2000. He also serves as chairman, directoror trustee of various charitable organisations. Karan Thapar Karan Thapar, aged 50, is a chartered accountant who over the past 20 years, hasacted as chairman or director to a number of companies in the Thapar Group, oneof India's leading industrial groups. During this period, he has gainedexperience in managing companies in a number of sectors including manufacturing,mining, investments and engineering.
