Board Appointments
Corac (AIM: CRA), the specialist engineering group focused on the aerospace & defence and energy & process industry sectors, today announces the following Board appointments.
Simon Kings, currently Managing Director of Atmosphere Control International at Corac and Martin Blomley, currently Group Corporate Development Director at Corac, have both been appointed to the Board as Executive Directors of the Company.
These appointments have been made to help drive both growth and operational performance and strengthen, at an executive level, the Company's focus on strategic market sectors.
Richard King, Non-executive Chairman of Corac, commented:
"I am delighted to welcome Simon and Martin to the Board. Their extensive operational and commercial experience within their markets will greatly enhance the Board. We expect Simon and Martin to play a key role in driving strategic progress for the Group."
