Board Appointments

Stock Spirits announces the formal appointment as non-executive Directors of Mr Alberto da Ponte and Mr Randy Pankevicz, with effect from 23 May 2016, as elected by the Annual Shareholders Meeting.

Mr. Pankevicz has been acting as an entrepreneur over the last 5 years and formerly held several executive positions at PepsiCo International.

Mr. da Ponte held the role of CEO Heineken Portugal until 2012 and several other executive positions as shown in his biog. Since then he has been acting as an entrepreneur.

The Board of Stock Spirits looks forward to a constructive working relationship with Mr. da Ponte and Mr. Pankevicz.

Stock Spirits confirms that no further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority in relation to the appointment of Mr Alberto da Ponte and Mr Randy Pankevicz.
