RM2 (LSE-AIM: RM2), the sustainable smart pallet innovator, is pleased to announce the nomination of two new members of the Board.

David Binks brings to the Board nearly 35 years of experience in the logistics industry, gained through positions in marketing, sales and operations at FedEx Express around the world. Most recently, David was concurrently CEO of TNT and Regional President FedEx Europe, based in the Netherlands. In this role, following the €4.4 billion acquisition of TNT Express by FedEx, David led the individual business units while preparing and executing the full operational integration. Prior to this, David was Regional President for FedEx EMEA where he held full P&L responsibility for Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa leading a team of 12 executive officers and a total work force of 16,000 employees. He was also previously Senior Vice President for FedEx European Operations with full operational responsibility for operations in 52 countries. David holds a bachelor's degree in Economics (Honors) from Coventry University in England.

Andrew M. Geisse has been in the technology industry for over 35 years. He currently serves in an advisory or a board member capacity to nearly a dozen innovative technology and start-up firms and is an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners. Andy is the former CEO of AT&T Business Solutions and the former CIO of AT&T, Inc. Whilst CEO for AT&T's business-to-business group, Andy was responsible for over $70 billion of AT&T's revenues with 65,000 employees and contractors. He also developed the group's growth and product strategy including AT&T's new cloud strategy and oversaw the growth of the group's mobility and strategic wireline services. His deep experience in digital technology, as well as his involvement in advising innovative firms, brings complementary knowledge and skills to the RM2 Board. Andy earned a bachelor's degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Missouri and holds an MBA from Olin School of Business at Washington University.

The Company is posting to shareholders a notice convening a General Meeting of Shareholders, to be held at 5 Rue de la Chapelle, Luxembourg, L-1325, Luxembourg at 10:30 a.m. BST/11:30 a.m. CEST on 3 October 2018. At this meeting, resolutions will be proposed (i) to elect David Binks and Andrew M. Geisse to the board of directors, (ii) to modify the modalities of granting equity awards under the existing authorized share capital by the issue of ordinary shares and by capitalizing share premium and/or other available distributable reserves and (iii) to harmonize the translation of article 14.9 of the English and French versions of the Articles of Association regarding the signing of minutes, as set out in the Notice of General Meeting.

Andrew Michael Geisse, aged 61

Mr. Geisse was a director of ClearEdge Power Inc, a United States incorporated fuel cell technology company, which filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 of the United State Bankruptcy Code, in the Northern District of California in May 2014. ClearEdge Power Inc. emerged from bankruptcy in April 2016. The plan of reorganization transferred all assets and liabilities to a liquidation trust, which has a five-year term.
