PPHC, a leading global strategic communications provider offering a comprehensive range of advisory services in the areas of Government Relations, Public Affairs and Corporate Communications, is pleased to confirm that Kathleen L. Casey and Charles D. Brown have joined the Board of Directors as independent Non-Executive Directors. This is further to the Company's announcement on 30 September 2025 that they would join the Board effective immediately prior to the anticipated listing of the Company's common stock on Nasdaq.

With the Common Stock of PPHC expected to begin trading today on the Nasdaq Global Market, these appointments are effective. The Board of PPHC is now composed of nine Directors. Ms Casey will serve as the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and Mr Brown will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Compensation Committee.
