Mr. Warshaw has worked as a consultant to ADDleisure since 2006. He has awealth of experience in the leisure and retail market working with well-knowninternational lifestyle brands and currently invests in a number of companies inthis field. Michael acquired and built Molton Brown and was Chairman until itssale to Kao Corporation of Japan in July 2005. He continues to consult forMolton Brown. ADDleisure Chairman Allan Fisher said, "Having worked with Michael over the lastyear, we have already benefited from his invaluable counsel and extensivecontacts in the sector.
