Dr. Hoerhager, aged 51, has extensive experience in Central and Eastern Europe.He is a founding partner and executive director of Mezzanine Management GmbH,the manager of Accession Mezzanine Capital, which is the leading fund providerof subordinated debt to businesses in Central and Eastern Europe. Prior to thishe was a member of the managing board of Bank Austria CreditanstaltInternational AG where he was responsible for all international commercialbanking activities with an emphasis on the countries of the former Soviet Union,Slovenia, Slovakia, Croatia, and the USA. He is an Austrian citizen and hasworked in both Moscow and New York.
