Cello Group plc01 February 2005 1 February 2005 Cello Group plc Board Appointment The board of Cello Group plc ("Cello") announces the appointment of Mark Bentleyas Group Finance Director and Company Secretary. It is expected that he willjoin the board in late April, subject to existing contractual obligations. Mark Bentley (34) is currently Chief Operating Officer of Citigate Dewe RogersonLimited and Finance Director of Citigate SMARTS Group, part of Incepta Groupplc. Prior to this, he was Financial Projects Manager at Hodder Headline plc.He qualified as a chartered accountant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers in 1996.
