James will commence employment with the Companyin early 2008 and will be appointed to the Board as of that time. James Thompson (45) has over 23 years experience in the corporate finance sectorand has spent the last five years as Chief Financial Officer with GreenergyInternational, an independent renewable energy company specialising in biotransportation fuels, based in London. Prior to this, James held the positionof Chief Financial Officer with USIT World and also spent eight years working inthe Corporate Finance divisions of ING Barings and Paribas. James began hiscareer with Coopers and Lybrand where he trained as a Chartered Accountant. The expansion of the senior management team will allow the current ChiefFinancial Officer, Jack MacDonald, to fully transition into his new role asDirector of Corporate Development. Jack's responsibilities will focus onidentifying and developing new strategies for growth, with particular emphasison acquisitions and project investments.
