Board Appointments
Redhall Group plc, the specialist engineering support services group, announces that it has restructured its senior management team with immediate effect.
Tony Price, who joined the board as an executive director in February 2008, has been appointed Chief Operating Officer.
Simon Foster, who has held the role of Deputy Chief Executive since 2006, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").
As CFO Simon Foster succeeds Chris Lewis-Jones who has served as Group Finance Director since November 2001. Chris is stepping down from the board but will remain as Company Secretary and Head of Finance.
David Jackson, Chairman and Chief Executive, said:
