Board Appointment

All Leisure group plc ("All Leisure" or "the Company"), a leading destination niche cruise company, is pleased to announce that Neil Morris, aged 35, will be appointed Group Finance Director with effect from 24 January 2011.

Neil is a senior Audit Manager at the Gatwick office of Deloitte LLP, a position he has held since January 2006. He has experience of both IFRS and US GAAP reporting within both private and listed companies. In recent years his focus has been on the Aviation and Travel/Hospitality sector.

Commenting on the appointment, Roger Allard, Chairman of All Leisure, said "I would like to thank Guy Marchant for his contribution over the last three years and am delighted that Neil has accepted this position."
