Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited18 September 2007 18 September 2007 CERAMIC FUEL CELLS LIMITED APPOINTS DEPUTY CHAIRMAN Ceramic Fuel Cells Limited, a global leader in fuel cell development, hasappointed Mr Jeff Harding as Deputy Chairman. Mr Harding, aged 61, has extensive experience in the renewable energy sector.From 1995 to 2005 he was Managing Director of Pacific Hydro Limited. PacificHydro is Australia's largest renewable energy developer with wind and hydroenergy projects in Australia, Asia and Chile. During his tenure, Mr Hardingoversaw the international expansion of the business with growth in marketcapitalisation from A$5 million to over A$750 million and an increase in profitafter tax each year from 1996 to 2005, when the company was sold to IFMRenewable Energy. Mr Harding resides in Europe and Australia and is currently a director ofRenewable Energy Holdings Plc, an AIM-listed owner and operator of renewableenergy technologies. Previously, he was deputy chair of the Australian BusinessCouncil for Sustainable Energy. Mr Harding has Degrees in Civil Engineering and Economics, and a Masters Degreefrom Purdue University (USA).
