Board Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

27 September 2010 HOGG ROBINSON GROUP PLC ("HRG", "the Group" or "the Company") BOARD APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate travel services company, is pleased to announce that Kevin Ruffles is to be promoted to the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer, and will be appointed to the Board of HRG as an executive director with effect from 1 October 2010.

David Radcliffe, Chief Executive of HRG commented:

"Having joined the Company in 1972, Kevin has held a number of increasingly senior operational roles in the Group, culminating in his most recent appointment as Regional President, Europe & Asia Pacific, since 2007. Kevin accordingly brings with him a wealth of operational experience and I am delighted to welcome him to the board of HRG. This new appointment reflects the absolute importance of ensuring our service across international boundaries is as seamless as possible when our clients demand it. Kevin's primary role will be to further strengthen that capability whilst also ensuring we retain our capability to offer a first class service on a local country basis.
