BOARD APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Hogg Robinson Group plc, the international corporate services company, is pleased to announce that William Brindle, the Group's CIO, is to be appointed to the Board of the Company as an executive director with effect from 1 January 2016.

John Coombe, Chairman of the Company, commented: "Having joined the Company in 1998 Bill has held a number of increasingly senior roles in the Group, culminating in this appointment which reflects both the importance of technology to the Company and Bill's leadership of Fraedom, our growing Software-as-a-Service business. I am delighted to welcome him onto the Board".

There are no further details to be disclosed under the Continuing Obligations provisions of the LR 9.6.13.
