Board Appointment
All Leisure Group plc ("All Leisure" or "the Company"), a leading destination niche cruise company, is pleased to announce that Ross Jobber, aged 44, a non-executive director of the Company since September 2007, will be appointed Chief Operating Officer with effect from 12 January 2009.
Ross was Deputy Head of Global Company Research and a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank from March 1998 until November 2008. As Chief Operating Officer, Ross will oversee a range of operational and infrastructure-related areas including I.T HR and compliance.
Commenting on the appointment, Roger Allard, Chairman of All Leisure, said "We are delighted that Ross has accepted this position which will strengthen our Executive management team, and allow more time for the rest of the Directors to focus on the Company's strategic objectives and growth plans. Ross' advice to date has been invaluable and his appointment as an executive director will make it easier to achieve our corporate goals."
