BOARD APPOINTMENT
Debenhams plc announces that it has today appointed Stephen Ingham as a non-executive director.
Nigel Northridge, Chairman of Debenhams, said:
"We are delighted to welcome Steve Ingham to Debenhams. His experience, particularly of building an international business at Michael Page, will be a great addition to the board."
There is no information to disclose under LR 9.6.13R pertaining to this appointment.
About Stephen Ingham
Stephen Ingham (50) is Chief Executive Officer of Michael Page International plc, the FTSE-250 specialist recruitment business, a role he has held since 2006 having joined Michael Page in 1987. Mr Ingham holds a BSc in Metallurgy and Materials Science from the University of Nottingham.
